Frequently Asked Questions about Sale gowns.

When new collections arrive in the shop, or just before, discountinued dresses are reduced in priced to try and make room for the new collections. A selection of these dresses are shown on the website and there are many more in the shop.

If you are interested in any of the sale items, you are able to purchase over the phone and have an item delivered to you by courier, or you can come into the shop.

Are sale items refundable/ returnable?

Our sale items are sold as seen and are non-refundable once you have taken the item away.

Are sale items in good condition?

All of our bridal gowns are always kept in gown covers so are well looked after. All of our sale outfits are checked over by our staff and if there are any loose beads etc, they can be fixed by our seamstresses prior to being taken away.

Can I buy online?

Yo u are able to pay over the phone for an item and we can courier items to you but we currently do not have a system in place for purchasing via the internet.

Why are these items reduced?

Generally these items are being sold at a reduced price to make room for new collections arriving in the shop. So it is a great opportunity to get a bargain!

Do I need an appointment to try on a sale dress or outfit?

Generally it is best to book an appointment for anything to ensure you are seen by one of our style advisors. However if you are unable to book an apointment or a passing by then we will do our best to provide you with an advisor to help you find and try on the item you are looking for.
